We offer medical abortion (the abortion pill), surgical abortion, decision counselling, and birth control support in a private, professional, non-judgmental setting in Brampton, Ontario.
Medical Abortion (Abortion Pill)
A safe, effective option in early pregnancy. We’ll explain how it works, what to expect, and provide supportive follow-up care.
Surgical Abortion Care
Private in-clinic care provided by licensed physicians and nurses. We’ll walk you through the process step-by-step.
Decision Counselling & Support
A calm, confidential space to talk through your options and get clear, accurate information—without pressure or judgment.
Private, Regulated, Patient-Centred Care
Brampton Women’s Clinic is a regulated Out-of-Hospital facility assessed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Our physicians and nurses are experienced in abortion care and focused on safety, confidentiality, and compassionate support.
Clinic Hours & Easy Access
Open Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:00pm; Saturday 8:00am–1:00pm, with limited evening appointments available. Our office is easily accessible from the 407 ETR and 410 highways in Brampton.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
Most patients are at the clinic for approximately 2–3 hours. Your visit includes an assessment and ultrasound to confirm how far along the pregnancy is. You will not be put to sleep. We can offer medication to help reduce discomfort and anxiety, and the procedure itself typically takes only a few minutes.
After your appointment, you’ll rest in our recovery area for about 30–45 minutes, with a nurse monitoring you. You’ll receive aftercare instructions and support resources before going home.
Cost & Coverage
If you have OHIP, abortion services are covered. If you do not have OHIP or insurance coverage, the procedure may cost approximately $600–$1200 depending on how far along the pregnancy is. If any uninsured services apply, you can choose what you want—declining optional services does not affect access to insured care.
